Last week I found this vibrating back massager stashed away in a drawer. It is shaped to look like a bug, and immediately I thought that Caney, my 2 yr old white boxer, would love this thing! I was right :) She went nuts!

after a bad tablesaw accident which lef me with half an index finger and tendon repair to my middle finger, I spent a lot of time researching the subject. The first video is more describing the problem and the second video shows the actual device I built to help what is one of the biggest probems faced with tendon repair, scar tissue and adhesions that limit your range of movement and extend the length of time it takes for a recovery. I'm not a doctor or therapist but from reading and speaking with my therapist I've learned that heat, vibration, and stretching/massaging the scar tissue helps break down the scar tissue. While the system does seem to have these qualities it is not a medically proven device. Too much of a good thing is usually a bad thing. All I can do is use myself as a guinea pig and give results and opinions from just a guy trying to overcome a bad accident by any means neccesary. Feel free to email with any questions and/or post.
